The method

Prepare. Teach. Practice. Troubleshoot.

Every coaching option is built on the same four-phase framework, tailored to your child.

  1. Phase 1

    Prepare

Set your child (and your home) up for success, so you're not fighting an uphill battle every night.

  2. Phase 2

    Teach

Gently teach the skills your child needs to fall asleep, and stay asleep, on their own.

  3. Phase 3

    Practice

Help the new skills stick with encouragement and consistency, until they become your child's normal.

  4. Phase 4

    Troubleshoot

Know exactly what to do when early wakes, naps, or setbacks show up, because they will.

More about Karen

Families Karen has coached

Real families. Real results.

Confidence & Education

“She didn't just give us a plan. She helped me understand what was going on with my child's sleep and why certain patterns were happening. That education, paired with her calm confidence, made me feel capable instead of guilty or overwhelmed. Even beyond the sleep itself, Karen helped restore my confidence as a parent.”

Kenzie

Support

“Karen was there for us every step of the way, even spending extra time until our son got back on track. Throughout the entire process she helped us navigate setbacks and adjustments and made sure we felt supported.”

Peter & Rachel

Child Participation

“Karen would send little videos almost every day encouraging our daughter and reminding her of what we were working on. Our daughter ate it up and made her really excited about the process. It made us feel like Karen was part of our team.”

Trish

Results

“Over the next two weeks Karen helped us get my son sleeping through the night again and doing quiet time entirely on his own. We didn't have to do any 'cry it out' and were finally able to create peaceful, lasting changes.”

Questions

Good to know

What ages do you work with?

I specialize in toddlers and preschoolers, roughly ages 2 to 7.

What's the difference between the coaching options?

The Sleep Transformation Program ($797) is the most complete: a customized plan and three weeks of daily text support. Call & Follow Up ($147) is one 45-minute call for a specific challenge, plus a follow-up email. Sleep Plan Only ($97) is a customized written plan you follow on your own.

Do you use cry-it-out?

No. My approach is gentle and connection-based, tailored to your child and your comfort level.

How fast will we see results?

Many families see meaningful change within a week or two, though every child is different.

What if we've tried everything?

That's exactly when most families reach out. It's never too late to establish healthy, independent sleep.

Can we talk before choosing?

Yes. Book a free Sleep Assessment Call and we'll discuss your child's current sleep challenges, your goals, and which option would be the best fit for your family.

Which fits your family?

Not sure which is right for you?

Not every family needs the same level of support. Schedule a complimentary Sleep Assessment Call and we'll discuss your child's current sleep challenges, your goals, and which option would be the best fit for your family.
