Self-Paced Signature Course · $45
If bedtime has become a battle, or you're up half the night, I want you to know: this isn't about willpower or doing it "right." It's about understanding what's really going on, and learning a few skills that change everything. That's what this course is for.

Why this course exists
After years of working with families, I kept seeing the same things: the same bedtime battles, the same 3 a.m. wake-ups, the same exhausted, second-guessing parents who had tried everything.
But I noticed something else, too. Most of them didn't need me forever. They needed to understand what was happening, and learn a handful of skills they could carry on their own. So I took everything I do in my one-on-one work and packaged it into a course you can follow at your own pace. That's Raising Restful Kids.
The framework
Everything in this course is built on one simple, repeatable framework, the same one I use with families one-on-one.
Set your child (and your home) up for success, so you're not fighting an uphill battle every night.
Gently teach the skills your child needs to fall asleep, and stay asleep, on their own.
Help the new skills stick with encouragement and consistency, until they become your child's normal.
Know exactly what to do when early wakes, naps, or setbacks show up, because they will.
What makes it different
Most resources hand you a method and wish you luck. This one teaches you why your child is struggling in the first place, because when you understand the why, the what finally makes sense.
You stop guessing. You start responding with confidence. And the changes you make actually last.
What changes for your family
What parents are saying
“Karen recommended her Raising Restful Kids mini-course, and I'm so glad we gave it a try! We started using her methods on a Thursday night, and by Saturday night, our son was sleeping 10 hours straight. The sleep training plans Karen suggests are gentle, and her extra tips for connecting with our child and preparing for sleep are simple yet effective. Karen's approach is not only practical but also nurturing, making the process much easier for both us and our son.”
“We are now implementing Karen's Raising Restful Kids course, and it really is the complete package. It's so helpful to understand the why behind bedtime struggles, and it's empowering to have a roadmap to consult when you don't know what to do in the moment. Even a week in, we were already seeing amazing progress.”
A few quick questions
Toddlers and preschoolers, roughly ages 2–7 (and children 18 months and up can benefit too).
For most families, no. This is my full process, packaged so you can follow it on your own. And if you ever want hands-on help, my 1:1 coaching is always there.
No. The only ask is that you put what you learn into practice, that's where the change happens.
I've packaged my entire process into Raising Restful Kids, so you can understand your child, follow a clear roadmap, and finally think: "I've got this."
