Why this course exists

The same patterns, over and over

After years of working with families, I kept seeing the same things: the same bedtime battles, the same 3 a.m. wake-ups, the same exhausted, second-guessing parents who had tried everything.

But I noticed something else, too. Most of them didn't need me forever. They needed to understand what was happening, and learn a handful of skills they could carry on their own. So I took everything I do in my one-on-one work and packaged it into a course you can follow at your own pace. That's Raising Restful Kids.

What ages is this for?

Toddlers and preschoolers, roughly ages 2–7 (and children 18 months and up can benefit too).

Do I really not need 1:1 support?

For most families, no. This is my full process, packaged so you can follow it on your own. And if you ever want hands-on help, my 1:1 coaching is always there.

Is there homework or quizzes?

No. The only ask is that you put what you learn into practice, that's where the change happens.
