Plan & Support


This is for you if you need a plan of action with some initial support to clarify questions and get you started.

  • An individualized plan specific to your child and your current sleep challenges. The sleep plan will be 10-15 pages long and will include tips on preparing for sleep, adjustments to bedtime routine and naps, a sleep training method appropriate for your family, tips and tricks to promote independent sleep, how to respond to night wakes, and other valuable information for your particular family.
  • A consult call to go over this plan and answer specific questions. 
  • Three days of my one on one support via text message to help you kickstart the implementation of the plan.

Once purchased I will email over a Family Questionnaire for you to fill out and upon receiving that I’ll email over a sleep plan within 48 hours. You will then book a consult call and we can begin your 3 days of support on a date of your choosing.
