This is for you if you need a plan of action without added support. For the DIY’er.

An individualized sleep plan specific to your child and your current sleep challenges. The sleep plan will be 10-15 pages long and will include tips on preparing for sleep, adjustments to bedtime routine and naps, a sleep training method appropriate for your family, tips and tricks to promote independent sleep, how to respond to night wakes, and other valuable information for your particular family.


Once purchased I will email over a Family Questionnaire for you to fill out and upon receiving that I’ll email over a sleep plan within 48 hours.
