The method

## Prepare. Teach. Practice. Troubleshoot.

Raising Restful Kids teaches the same four-phase framework I use with families one-on-one.

1. Phase 1

    ### Prepare

Set your child (and your home) up for success, so you're not fighting an uphill battle every night.

2. Phase 2

    ### Teach

Gently teach the skills your child needs to fall asleep, and stay asleep, on their own.

3. Phase 3

    ### Practice

Help the new skills stick with encouragement and consistency, until they become your child's normal.

4. Phase 4

    ### Troubleshoot

Know exactly what to do when early wakes, naps, or setbacks show up, because they will.

What parents are saying

## Parents who took the course

> “Karen recommended her Raising Restful Kids mini-course, and I'm so glad we gave it a try! We started using her methods on a Thursday night, and by Saturday night, our son was sleeping 10 hours straight. The sleep training plans Karen suggests are gentle, and her extra tips for connecting with our child and preparing for sleep are simple yet effective. Karen's approach is not only practical but also nurturing, making the process much easier for both us and our son.”

Allie B.

> “We are now implementing Karen's Raising Restful Kids course, and it really is the complete package. It's so helpful to understand the why behind bedtime struggles, and it's empowering to have a roadmap to consult when you don't know what to do in the moment. Even a week in, we were already seeing amazing progress.”

Questions

## Good to know

### ### How do the courses work?

They're self-paced: you can start anytime and move through them on your own schedule.

### ### What ages are they for?

Raising Restful Kids is for toddlers and preschoolers, roughly ages 2 to 7 (children 18 months and up can benefit too).

### ### What does Navigating Tantrums cover?

What tantrums really are and why they happen, the common triggers behind big reactions, the three-step process of a tantrum, five techniques to help your child calm down, and how to hold firm, loving boundaries during a meltdown.

### ### Do I need one-on-one support too?

For most families, no. Raising Restful Kids is Karen's full process, packaged so you can follow it on your own. If you ever want hands-on help, one-on-one coaching is always there.

### ### Is there homework or quizzes?

No. The only ask is that you put what you learn into practice, that's where the change happens.

### ### Which one should I start with?

For bedtime battles, night wakings or a child who needs you there to fall asleep, start with Raising Restful Kids. For meltdowns and big feelings during the day, start with Navigating Tantrums.
